Maintenance Contracts
VFJ offers 12 month maintenance contracts that cover parts and labour on all our machines sold. When you buy any currency management equipment from VFJ you can be assured that one of our helpful and expert technicians is only a phone call away. VFJ understands how valuable time is to our customers and our technicians are dispatched as quickly as possible.

Per Call Assistance
Even if your business does not have a maintenance contract with VFJ you can still call us for service and assistance. Our technicians aim to conduct repairs on site wherever possible, and in our modern workshop when required. Our technicians receive full and ongoing training. They are experienced in servicing our own product range as well as equipment from other major brands, so no matter what the model or problem, if you need assistance with your cash handling equipment don't hesitate to give VFJ a call.

Telephone Support
VFJ also offers extended hours telephone support which is available 363 days per year (only closing on Christmas Day and Good Friday). Through telephone support, VFJ are able to provide direct and instant technical assistance for all their currency management equipment.
